19th.C Chinese tricolour hardwood and rosewood, wedding cabinet, with a pair of panelled doors opening to reveal a single shelf above two frieze drawers, raised on square legs. Still bares the previous liner paper inside, although worn now, incredibly pretty.
Chinese furniture is known for its elegant and graceful designs. It often features clean lines, balanced proportions, and intricate detailing. The use of natural materials like wood, bamboo, and lacquer adds to its organic and timeless appeal.
Condition report - in condition commensurate with age and use. Bares a few marks, scuffs and scrapes. One door is a twisted but still works as it should. Paper lining inside is worn.
