19th century antique pitch pine coffer with three moulded panels to the front, panelled sides and plank lid. The lid just lifts off and is not hinged.
It’s old, knarly, full of historic life worn into it. There’s old signs of worm, nothing live. It’s had some repairs over the years, but above all that it’s a very handsome piece. Lots of uses in todays modern home. Whether it’s a tv stand, sideboard or plain old storage it oozes antique charm.
Condition report- in used condition, commensurate with age and use. Plenty of signs of wear and tear, knocks and scrapes.
