A striking set of seven vintage Italian aluminium planters by Parisotto, offered together as one complete graduated collection.
Made in Italy, these substantial planters are constructed from spun aluminium with simple cylindrical bodies and rolled upper rims. One retains its original PARISOTTO – MADE IN ITALY maker’s label.
The set comprises four matching medium-sized planters alongside three further graduated sizes, ranging up to an impressive 53cm diameter. Displayed together, they make a fantastic architectural statement and are ideal for larger houseplants, palms, olive trees, ferns and other statement planting.
Their wonderfully simple utilitarian design gives them a strong vintage industrial and modernist Italian feel, while the naturally aged aluminium provides plenty of character. They would work particularly well in a contemporary home, conservatory, garden room, orangery, restaurant, hotel, retail interior or other commercial setting.
All seven are being sold together as a single job lot.
Condition Report
Good vintage condition with expected signs of previous use and age.
There are scratches, scuffs, marks, staining, oxidation and variations to the aluminium finish throughout. The interiors have heavier staining and residue consistent with previous use as planters.
Drainage holes are present to the bases.
The aged finish forms part of their character and they have intentionally not been over-restored or polished.
