Large French Provincial Oak Breakfront Sideboard
A substantial French Provincial oak breakfront sideboard dating from the mid to late 20th century. Beautifully crafted with four carved drawers above four recessed panel cupboard doors, all enriched with decorative floral carving, brass drop handles and ornate escutcheons. The shaped apron and scroll feet complete the classic French country look.
Offering generous storage with adjustable shelves throughout, this versatile piece works equally well as a dining room sideboard, kitchen dresser base, hallway cabinet or statement living room storage.
Condition Report
Presented in good vintage condition with age-related wear throughout, including surface marks, light scratches and small knocks consistent with use. The top has some minor wear and fading to the finish in places, and there are general signs of use inside the drawers and cupboards.
