Pair of matching country house antique armchairs.
English, Edwardian deep club chairs from the late 19th, early 20th century. It has classic proportions with a broad and comfortable seat. The chair has been professionally lined in calico by a previous owner, although used with the odd mark, these are in great condition and ready for a reupholster. The chairs are set on castors with beech bun cup covers at the front. The chair has square section rear legs, dish scrolled arm terminals, and a classic humped crest. Large and comfortable chairs with solid joints and construction.
