A good quality Victorian mahogany chest of drawers.
Raised on classic turned bun feet, this piece has a pleasing, traditional stance and well-balanced proportions. The configuration offers two short drawers over three full-width graduated drawers, all fitted with original turned wooden knobs.
The colour is a warm mid-toned mahogany with lovely natural variation through the grain. It has that proper Victorian look - solid, unfussy, and built to last. The interior drawers are clean and solid with pine linings, as you’d expect from the period.
A versatile piece - ideal as a bedroom chest, hallway storage, or even as a statement piece in a retail or period-inspired interior.

Structurally solid and sturdy.
Age-related wear throughout including surface marks, scuffs and small knocks consistent with 150+ years of use. Historic ring mark and general wear to the top (clearly photographed). Some wear to drawer edges and internal bases as shown.
Overall good, honest antique condition with the character you want in a Victorian piece.
