A characterful old school science cupboard, salvaged from a British classroom and built to last.
It features a solid iroko top — the same durable hardwood used in traditional lab benches — with lovely wear, patina and scratch marks from decades of school use.
The back is stepped, originally designed to fit neatly over pipework in a laboratory. Later, some pine offcuts have been added to create a full, flat base, making it perfectly usable in any interior today.
Condition:
Solid and sturdy. Marks, scratches and age-related wear to the iroko top as shown. The back has been adapted and infilled with pine. Doors open well and internal shelves are strong and adjustable. Honest wear throughout adds to its authentic industrial charm.
