Vintage Twyfords Rectangular Sink – Reclaimed Ceramic Basin 34cm Utility/Lab

A solid vintage Twyfords ceramic sink, reclaimed from an old school science lab. Heavy and well-made, this rectangular basin is perfect for upcycling in a kitchen, boot room, a stylish laundry sink or repurposed as a planter.
It features a thick rim, inset base, and classic utilitarian styling. Marked Twyfords on the inner edge — a trusted name in British sanitaryware.
These original sinks are becoming increasingly harder to come by, as more schools and institutional buildings are being modernised or demolished, with fewer left containing the old fittings. A great chance to get a piece of proper salvage before they vanish entirely.
